Eclairs Class ( 10 September 2023) - دورة الاكلير

The class will be held on Saturday 10 September 2023 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

Venue: Chahrazad's Cuisine The Bakery, Dubai, DIFC Gate Avenue, Block D, Level 1

سوف تقام الدورة في تاريخ 10 سبتمبر ٢٠٢٣ الساعة الحادية صباحاً حتى واحدة بعد الظهر في المحل في المركز المالي 

Learn how to bake fill and dip Chocolate and Cream Eclairs:

1- How to make the perfect Choux which works for both Eclairs and Profiteroles

2- How to make the pastry cream filling

3- How to make chocolate ganache

4- How to dip the Eclairs in Chocolate ganache and add a gold touch

5- How to cut the Eclairs and fill them with pastry cream and fresh berries

Every participant will take their Eclairs home and will be provided a box for easy transportation.

Level: Any skill level is welcome!

Each Class is limited to 10 students only.
